The Oregon City School District uses an online sign-up system to apply to be a volunteer in our schools. You must complete the volunteer background check form every year to volunteer in classrooms and attend field trips. In addition, you must be on the approved volunteer list to attend events at Holcomb during school hours such as the jog-a-thon and field day.
When you come in to volunteer, you will sign in on a computer in the office instead of signing in on the clipboard. Then you will sign out on the same computer. You will enter where you will be volunteering in the building that day and the computer will keep track of your time spent helping.
In order to access the online form to sign up, you will need to access our school website: http://www.holcombschool.org
- Click on “About our school”
- Scroll down until you get to “Volunteer”
- Click on “Volunteer” and it will take you to the link “Volunteer Background Check Form Online.” Follow the directions to complete and submit your form.
